We’ve gone out of our way to make our program offerings versatile enough to accommodate your schedule and your budget while guaranteeing your success. How can we be so sure? Very simply, our programs set you up for success by making you accountable to not only a goal, but also the objectives you need to pursue to achieve it.
All of our programs include:
- Personalized Program Design
- Professional Fitness Coaching in either a semi-private or private setting
- Our offerings are available on an annual and three-month basis (billed monthly)

This is one reason why Excel is superior; we’re different – not just better – at what we do. One of the unique features of training at Excel is our semi - private sessions. The benefits of this type of training include:
- Increased Training Frequency at a lower cost – It goes without saying that the more frequently you exercise with one of our coaches, the more rapid your progress will be. By exercising with a few training partners, you keep your per-session cost down, thus enabling you to train 2-3 times as frequently as you ever thought possible!
- Enhanced Motivation through Environment – If you think about any team-setting – whether it’s in sports or the business world – being surrounded by like-minded, encouraging teammates can make progress more profound, rapid, and fun. You’ll have a blast with new friends or train with the friends you have, all the while moving closer to your fitness goals. Our semi-private programs have built-in motivators on top of what you get from our great coaches!
- Built-in Accountability – All our offerings are based on a sessions-per-week basis, meaning that we’re going to make you accountable to showing up frequently enough to guarantee rapid, pronounced progress.
